The CMA's Funerals Market Investigation Order 2021 requires the standardised price list to be published and handed to the family. The total is computed from the six lines, so it cannot disagree with itself. No fee for the medical certificate — it went with the scheme in September 2024.

What does early access involve?
As much or as little as you like. We will send occasional updates, and from time to time ask whether you would look at something new or spend half an hour telling us how your office works. There is nothing to pay and nothing to sign.
Can you move our cases across?
Yes, and we do it. Your cases, families, charges and documents come across before you switch, and we will run both side by side for as long as you want.
Does it handle a coroner's case differently?
It does. Referring a case changes what paperwork applies, expects the coroner's order instead of the registrar's certificate, and stops the cremation prompts that only apply to an attended death.
We have three branches. Does that work?
Yes. Each person belongs to an office and their funerals start there, so nobody is ever asked which branch a case is for, and the board and the diary filter to one office or show all of them.
Is there an AI assistant?
Yes. Ask it what is on this week or what paperwork a funeral is missing, or tell it what has changed — "the Hale service is now the 14th at half two" — and it does it. Anything hard to undo, such as moving a funeral, changing what is recorded or recording money, is shown to you for a yes first. You can also connect your own Claude or ChatGPT to the same funerals, and revoke it at any time.
Where is it hosted?
On servers in Germany, in the EU. Each funeral home's records are separated by the database itself, not by a filter in the application, and every integration that reaches a case is a named, revocable key.
